How do I delete my account?

How do I create an account?

Creating a ZENGGI or TRVL DRSS account with us is quick and easy. Just follow these simple steps and you'll soon be ready to order.

1. Click here or the 'Account' button which can be found on the top right-hand corner of your screen.

2. Click on 'Register'. Then complete all fields. As stated in our Safety & Privacy terms, we take good care of your personal data in which the data protection regulations are applied.

3. Once your registration has been completed, you are automatically logged in and can start shopping.

Do I need an account when placing an order?

To place an order, you do not need to have a registered ZENGGI account. We recommend you to place an order with a personal account. Finding your order information and placing another order will be easier, as you won't have to fill in your details every time you shop with us.

How do I change my personal details?

Log in to your account here and click on 'My addresses'. You can change your personal details at any time. 

How do I reset my password?

If you would like to change your password, log into your account here and click on 'Change account details' and go to the section 'change password'. Fill in your current password first, followed by your new password. Do not forget to save your changes.

If you forgot your password, you'll need to click on 'lost password', enter your email address and hit 'request'. You will receive an email with a link in it (please note: this email may take some time to reach you and could appear in your spam/junk folder).

Click on the link in the email when you receive it, and you'll be prompted to enter a new password. You can then use the new password to login to your ZENGGI account.

How do I log in to my account?

If you previously created an account, you can log in at the top right-hand corner of the screen by clicking the 'Account' button and enter your login details. This will be your email address and the password you chose when you signed up.

If you haven't yet created an account, you can create an account by clicking on the 'Account' button and follow the instructions there.

How can I learn more about the fabrics used?

A passion for fabrics is in ZENGGI blood. The materials are the focal point. In line with this philosophy, ZENGGI works with unique fabrics such as silk, Japanese polyester, and mohair wool.

What if an item is out of stock?

Unfortunately, we have limited stock availability of every size and style. If an item is out of stock, the chance of it to be restocked is rather small. Please keep an eye on the website to check whether the item is restocked.

In which offline stores is ZENGGI & TRVL DRSS available?

The complete ZENGGI & TRVL DRSS collection is available in our online shop. If you would like to try our product in an offline store, you can find the nearest store by using our store locator here.

If you are looking for anything specific, please contact our store partners upfront to check their product availability or order the product in our online store.

How can I look into my order details?

You can view all your orders in your personal account. Log into your account here and click on 'My orders'. This will show you your complete order overview and you can check your order status here also. 

How to place an order on ZENGGI.com?

Please select the item you would like to order and select your preferred colour and size. After that, add your item to your shopping bag.

In case you would like to order additional items, click on continue shopping. If you finished shopping, click on check out.

Log in to your account (see question 'How do I log in to my account') or create an account (see question 'How do I create a ZENGGI account').

When logged in, double-check if your personal details and delivery address are still up-to-date and change if necessary.

Are all your items included in your shopping bag? Pick a method of payment and if needed, fill in your banking details.

Within a few seconds, you will receive your order confirmation by e-mail.

How can I change my delivery address?

You can change your delivery address in your personal account. Log into your account here and click on 'my addresses' to easily change your delivery address.

How can I track my order status?

Once your order leaves our warehouse we share a Track and Trace code with you by e-mail that allows you to track your delivery status online. 

How can I cancel or change my order?

In case you would like to cancel or change your order, please reach out to our customer service by phone as soon as possible. We will do our best to cancel or change the order.

Please note, we can only change or cancel your order if it has not been paid and processed yet.

In case cancelation or change is not possible anymore, you can return your items within 14 days.

Do you require a minimum order amount?

We do not have a minimum order amount on our ZENGGI online shop. You can easily shop the items you like.

Do you offer worldwide shipment?

Your order can be delivered to European Union and non-EU destinations. The different destinations are listed here.

What happens after payment with my order?

In case your payment was successful, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. We will now start processing your order. When your order has been packed and dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail.

In case your payment was unsuccessful, you will receive an e-mail from us stating that your payment has been unsuccessful. Try to fulfill the payment in your account again. Once the payment of your order has been successful, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail from us.

Please also check your spam folder for any e-mails.

Do prices online include VAT?

Shipment to countries within the European Union: all prices on our website include 21% VAT. This is already included in the price.

In case of shipment outside the European Union: 21% VAT is not included but all customs duties and/or local taxes apply. The customer is responsible for all costs related to customs duties and/or local taxes that apply.

How do I pay with a gift voucher or discount code?

When you finished shopping and proceed to the check out of your order, you can enter a gift voucher or discount code before proceeding to the payment of your order. Enter the code and your voucher or code will automatically be applied.


You can pay for your order using Creditcard, iDEAL, PayPal or Bancontact/Mister Cash if you are ordering from Belgium. Dutch, German and Austrian customers can also use Klarna to pay after receipt of their purchase.

My payment with Klarna is not successful, how is this possible?

Is your Klarna payment unsuccessful? In this case, go through the following checklist:


- Are you ordering from ZENGGI & TRVL DRSS for the first time? Maybe you are ordering for an excessive amount. Try it out for less than € 200 first. We have to get to know you as a customer.


- With certain email addresses, you cannot order via Klarna, such as @mail.com and @gmx.com. We recommend that you use a different email address for your order, like Gmail or Outlook.


- Are you using a different delivery address? Not all delivery addresses are accepted. Try a different delivery address or use your own address.


- Did you enter your phone number correctly? A valid 10-digit phone number is required to use Klarna.


- Make sure your date of birth has been entered correctly. We need this to approve your payment with Klarna.
