Marian's favorites - July

Every month we will highlight one item or fabric, these are “Marian’s favorites”. ZENGGI’s designer Marian will give you some inside information about the fabrics she uses, the items she is personally a great fan of, and how she combines them into outfits you too will love to wear.

Wear the art you love

This month’s favorite is part of ZENGGI’s latest collection; the Silk Oversized Shirt. I fell in love with the unique art print combined with a luxurious 100% silk in an instant. The print is made up of a variety of intens colors, from a dark blue and green to rich gold and a light beige base. Personally, I love to be inspired by creative shapes, styles and different artists. To me, this fabric combines all of that to create a stunning outfit with an arty feel!

Did you know: Every item is unique because the print is never used the same way!

Statement Shirts

As you might know, crisp cotton shirts are one of my all-time favorite items. But sometimes you just want to wear something a little different. A shirt that’s a real eye-catcher and will make heads turn. That’s our Silk Art Print! When wearing one of the  two Silk Art items you also don’t need to worry about accessories or snazzy pants. The shirt and top are stand-alone beauties.

ALL YEAR ROUND

The Silk Art fabric, used for both the long shirt as well as the top, is 100% silk; a luxurious, comfortable, drapy, lustrous fabric that is cool in summer and warm in winter. Silk is one of the strongest natural fabrics, known to keep its colour (and its shape) extremely well. So even though these Silk Art items are part of the fall collection, they are great for summer too! The long shirt can easily be worn as a dress, and the elegant loose top is all you need for that summer evening on a terrace.
