Do you deliver globally?
Whether you are staying abroad for a longer period of time, or would like to have your items delivered to your holiday destination, it’s possible! An overview of all delivery charges can be found here. When staying abroad your purchase order will be delivered by UPS.
Note: orders that stay within the EU are charged with 21% VAT, this is included in the price. For orders sent outside the EU, VAT and other European policies no longer apply. Import- or other charges for receiving an order outside the EU are the buyer’s responsibility.
Can I have my order delivered to a different address than my home address?
Your personal account allows you to add a selection of addresses. Just click on manage address book to easily add a new destination.
When will my order be delivered?
- Within the Netherlands + ordered before 4PM: the following working day between 9AM and 9.30PM (5PM outside residential areas)
- Within the Netherlands + ordered after 4PM: within two working days between 9AM and 9.30PM (5PM outside residential areas)
- Within the Netherlands + ordered in the weekend: Tuesday, between 9AM and 9.30PM (5PM outside residential areas)
Can I track my order?
ZENGGI keeps you updated on the status of your order and payment by sending you emails every step of the way. One of the emails we send you contains your unique Track and Trace code that allows you to track your order online. Just visit DHL’s webpage or UPS (for foreign deliveries) and enter the code.
