Buying clothes on the internet? But I can't feel the fabric or see if the clothes fit.

Yes, you can. Not on the website, but in the comfort and privacy of your own home. We send you the garments to try. At home, you have all your accessories to hand, and you have more space than a fitting room in a boutique or department store. If a garment doesn't fit you can return it at our cost, not yours.

What if I just don't like a garment? Can I still return it?

Yes. The process is the same as clothes shopping in a real store. You pick out something you like from our range; we send it to you; you try it on. If you don't like the fit, or the colour, you can return any item free of charge.

Can I change my order for another size/colour?

Yes, of course. Simply send an email to customerservice@zenggi.com and tell us which size or colour you want to change your order to. You will receive a "return service number" for returning your order. As soon as we receive your unwanted order we will send out the new item. Please note you cannot change one article for a different article. For full details, please read our Return Policy.

Do I have to pay for the return costs?

No. You only pay shipping costs when you order an article. The return costs are paid by Zenggi. See our Return Policy.

At what time will my order be delivered?

Orders are delivered between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on working days, by DHL or Transfer. See also Shipping Details.

Can I receive my order on a different delivery address?

Yes. You can enter a different billing and shipping address if you wish.

What kind of payment options do you offer?

We accept the following creditcards: American Express, Mastercard and Visa. If you live in the Netherlands you can also pay through i-Deal, which leads you through the payment site of your own bank.

I received a message on my computer regarding leaving the secured area. Is my payment still safe?

Yes. This message comes from your own Explorer web browser which has a built-in warning system. Explorer wants you to know that you are leaving a secured site (in this case the Ogone payment site) and returning to a public site (zenggi.com). Your payment and bank details are fully protected by the Ogone website. This information is not accessible from zenggi.com. Once your payment is completed, you return to Zenggi and the message appears. We could hide this message, as some other websites do, but we choose not to because we always want our customers to stay fully informed.

I have trouble viewing the images. They keep loading.

We support the following browsers:
Windows: Internet Explorer 5.5, 6.0 and 7.0
Mac: Firefox 1.5 and Safari 2.0

If you use another browser this problem may occur.

What is Tencel?

Tencel is a natural fabric made of wood pulp cellulose. For more information you can click on the following link www.srfabrics.com/tencels/tencel.htm

What is Cashmere?

Cashmere is the wool or fur of the Kashmir goat. Kashmir goats are primarily raised in Mongolia. The finest cashmere comes from the underbelly and throat of the goats. Longer fibers from the belly and throat area make the wool especially soft.

How do I care for Cashmere?

Cashmere is soft, fine and delicate. To ensure your garment remains in perfect condition, please keep the following tips in mind:

  • Dry clean, or wash cold in your washing machine on wool programme.
  • Fold knitwear with tissue and store flat in a drawer.
  • If you must hang woven garments, only use padded hangers. Zip up and button all pants and shirts and use the appropriate hangers.
  • Treat stains as quickly as possible. Rinse immediately with cold water; hot water may set the stain.
  • If the garment becomes wet, allow to dry naturally, away from direct heat.
  • At season's end, store garments in an uncrowded garment bag. Keep in a cool, dry place.
  • Fold knitwear and store in a chest or drawer. Moth crystals or spray will help protect garments from moths.
